Our Nero d’Avola is macerated for 15 days to ensure full body and complexity. It is finished in stainless steel instead of oak, which lets the fresh fruit character of Sicily’s native Nero d’Avola grape shine through.
This wine reveals aromas of blackberry, white flowers, vanilla, and a hint of figs. On the palate, it is opulent and full bodied with a great intensity.
